Easy Flow is for anxious dancers

If dance makes you tense, self-conscious, or stuck in your head, this doorway gives you a simple structure: breath, timing, and soft contact. No choreography. No performance pressure. Just a safe way to feel connection.

What you practice

  • Breath and pacing to reduce overwhelm.
  • Micro-movements (tiny is valid) to unblock freezing.
  • Consent-first contact: pause, soften, or stop anytime.
  • Attention as the "move": weight, tone, timing, and listening.

Why it works

Anxiety often comes from trying to do it right. Easy Flow replaces "doing" with listening. When you follow the softest yes, flow becomes a side effect.
